I feel like as an online nation we have gone face mask crazy, brightening masks, detoxifying masks, and now hydration masks.
Our skin goes through a lot, a lot of dirt, oil, as well as rubbing and scrubbing. All this can make skin look dull and dry.
My face mask journey started when I started breaking out due the build-up of oils and dirt and I would use detoxifying masks to pull out the rubbish from my skin. All was great until my skin became a tad dry and moisturisers were just not cutting it anymore.
Thanks to Mikhila (a beauty blogger on YouTube) I got my hands on the Garnier Moisture bomb tissue face masks and I have used it 4 times since!
The mask is fairly big so I did have a few problems adjusting it to my face but once on I left it for around 20 minutes. The mask was quite wet, although to touch it feels very wet the mask does not drip, be as uncareful as you like it won't go everywhere.
I am not great with describing scents but here goes, the scent reminds me of a sweet smelling face cream, pleasant but simple nothing over powering. The mask claims to in 15 minutes rehydrate skin, make skin smoother and make your complexion radiant – and I couldn’t agree more!
Every time I have used this mask immediately my skin feels super hydrated, no dry patches or tightness in sight. As my skin is hydrated my skin appears much smoother, to touch my skin feels like a babies butt! The mask is infused with hyaluronic acid and pomegranate extract which leaves my skin look radiant and hydrated for at least 4-5 days.
If you have extremely sensitive skin or texture Simple do a similar product– the hydrating sheet mask with minerals and plant extract.

This mask is slightly less wet, still wet but not as liquid as the Garnier one. The size of this is perfect, it fitted around my eyes, around my nose and sat perfect, no area was missed out.
The scent is a traditional Simple scent, no strong fragrances but rather a natural pleasant smell.
The mask claims to fight the 5 signs of dehydrated skin; dryness, dullness, dehydration lines, tightness and roughness. This mask did just that, I have fairly dry eyes which the mask vanished, my under eyes were hydrated and looked a touch more awake.
Around my mouth I suffer from dryness also large pores, I noticed as my skin was more hydrated my pores looked smaller which I loved! Overall I was left with no dry, dull or rough areas.
I have sensitive skin, a lot of face masks because of the fragrances and chemicals leave my skin irritated. This mask contains no alcohol, perfume, colours or harsh chemicals, and my skin never felt better.
It’s easy to get busy detoxing our skin that we forget to rehydrate it. I highly recommend these sheets masks as an overnight treatment, they are super hydrating, super affordable and there is no scrubbing, wiping or removing involved!
